Coanx Cas7 Card with Phoneix reader?

Have anyone tired Phoenix Reader to read DishTV India (Conax Cas7) Card.

On my side newcamd/cnxcam unable to reset the card.
I tried with 3.57 Mhz to 6 Mhz clock speed with 9600 baud rate. Perhaps conax cas7 is using some differnt clock speed and differnt
baud to rest the card.

Any idea / help?

from what i read dishtv uses CONAX CAS5 and not CAS7

They migrated to CAS7. But card should Reset either it is CAS5 or CAS7. AS CnxCam support CAS3 - CAS7.

What is the wrong I am doing?

the cards are supposed to be married to the OEM STB (zenega/kaon).

What I beleive is that if card is married to STB then it wont parse ECM/EMM. But card should reset.
