Dear M8, as far as I know u can't HKC on ur PC-DVB card.Still it can watch with Bolt N2 (cdtv 430) receiver and N2 card.

Dear M8, N2 Card is which u mean Nagravision 2 encryption of HKC Package 138 E.Yes u can buy in ur country this card and receiver but its software is still missing during WC 06.
Yesterday I've called ur HP but it's always show busy. :shock:
